工作职责：
1.Consider plant stock and workers status, arrange the production plan, balance the production, satisfy customer order.
2.Organize the production preparation, implement the production plan, check the production status, dig out problem in production, solve the problem and adjust the production plan, ensure production smoothly run.
3.Responsible for production capability problem solve and the problem during the production solve.
4.Production statistic(duty, daily production quantity, work efficiency, down time.), analysis the production plan performance.
5.Build and enhance the stock and production emergency plan, follow the safety production thinking, discovery and reduce potential safety problem.
6.Responsible for stock and production emergency plan, prepare relative response and action.
7.Forward the 5S activity, control the pollution during production and clearance on site.
8.Forward the improvement action plan and performance.
9.Perform the skill training.
10.Consider the production plan and the stock level, arrange the direct material and indirect material order, control the delivery quantity, delivery time, ensure smooth production.
11.Receive and check the quantity of the material from supplier and inform quality to check in time.
12.Keep and identify the checked material on site with suitable rules, considering the material quantity and property.
13.Daily management of plant stock(raw material, semi finished and finished goods) and quantity check.
14.Stock quantity control, logistic daily report statistic and analysis.
15.Logistic supplier daily management, forklift daily management and safety control.
16.Communicate with customer and supplier, get the information of raw material and customer production plan in time.
17.Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Job Qualifications 任职条件：
1. Experience of workshop management and capabilities about coordination.
2. Familiar with computer.
3. More than 5 years working experience in manufacturing corporations.
