工作说明： Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Hefei
Responsibilities
1.Establish and update preventive maintenance plans, and ensure their implementation
2.Reduce the down time of equipment and follow up daily maintenance status to ensure production run smoothly.
3.Organize / conduct trouble-shooting on break down of machines, equipment, tools and fixtures, and recover their functions promptly to minimize the impact to production running
4.Keep and update machinery documents, manual books and maintenance instructions and recordings
5.Make out the purchasing plan, purchasing requisition of spare parts according to maintenance plan, and manage spare part stock
6. To involve in the new project development,
7. Make out / implement training to mechanical technician and setters, and their daily task planning and following up;
8. Coordination for safety and environment issues.
9. Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Qualifications
1. College degree
2. More than four years related working experience
3. Good PC skills.
