工作说明： Responsibilities工作职责
1.Manage Sales activities , including new RFQ Release , Project sales follow up and Payment follow up .
2.Manage Customer Relation , including customer satisfaction
3.Manage ALCN strategy , support MM China Marketing and strategy
4.Manage cross work with KAM of HQ and AM in local company .
5.Manage daily work of commercial department , manage cross work with R&D , PUR , FIN and Plant .
6.Manage TS 16949 of commercial department and working procedures .
7.Report ALCN commercial result to Sales Director (AL Worldwide ) , to MM China Manager and to ALCN division Manager .
8.Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Leader.

1.B.S. degree needed
2.Minimum 5 years Sales working experience in China auto industry
3.Good knowledge of Quotation flow , project management and cost analysis
4.Good oral and written English communication ability
5.Basic computer skill
