工作说明： Job Responsibility 工作职责：
·Prepare PPAP document per customer requirements;
·Support SQE for supplier PPAP Activities (e.g: supplier PPAP requirements, attend supplier PPAP running and measuring PPAP samples);
·Develop and maintain process quality control plan (PCP), incoming inspection and product audit work instruction, as well as related quality record format;
·Coach operator conducting PCP correctly and relative quality activities
·Leading Process Audit and report the audit results etc
·Report and track manufacturing process FTQ, Cpk, 0km RRPPM and cost of bad quality monthly to lead continuous improvement activities
·Chair of top five quality problems meeting and update quality data
·Handle customer complaints/RRPPM report and resolve (including internal action coordinating, root cause analysis and response to customer)
·Track all corrective and preventive action status
·QE is authorized and has the responsibility to stop production once he discovers there is a possibility that production line is going to generate batch quality nonconformance product, or there is evidence shows the production line is out of control and nonconformance product may flow to customer side.
·Other works assigned by Quality Manager.

Job Qualifications 任职条件：
·Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Auto Engineering
·3 years working experience in auto components manufacturing industry or relevant mechanical/electronic manufacturing industry.
·Be able to read engineering drawing as well as GD&T.
·Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA and ISO9000 and ISO/TS16949.
·Be knowledgeable in problem solving process as well as general quality tools application.
·Good communication skills and team work style.
·Good English both in written and oral.
